We Didn’t Plan to Build a Venue.
We Walked Into a Cold, Dead Room — and Saw Magic.
In 2024, we were looking for a new headquarters for our insurance agency, The Squire Group. Our realtor showed us a vacant hospice building. It was cold. Lifeless. Absolutely not the right fit.
But right next door was.
Still, Racheal saw something in that ugly, forgotten space. Mark wasn’t sold. But she saw it clear as day. She said:
“There’s magic here.”
After Dark became a construction zone for 5 months — a labor of love, belief, and big vision.
